Weld County Builders Assoc, Inc. has pledged to promote, protect, and
 improve the building conditions in Weld County, Colorado and to do
 everything possible to elevate the building industry to the end that membership in this association may be to the public an
 assurance of skill, honorable dealing and responsibility.
